@jtphelan, I suppose the issue appears when a person add some products to cart, and leaves the site. when he comes back later and checkouts – PPOM fields dissappear. does that make sense?
btw, do you use Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin?
I have similar situation. coupons disappeared from checkout, from admin menu and the checkbox in Woocommerce preferences in not checked. I check it and press save, the page refreshes and again not checked. any assistance please
Hi, I have the same problem. sometimes PPOM fields are attached to order and email, sometimes not. I didnt catch the condition of such cases. and asking advice what can I do, what to check or any other info. thanks
