The plugin is indexing products by their ID as it is the most reliable way.

The new version is using new and improved algorithms and a better batch training process.

I wasn’t too happy with the notices in the first place, so I’ve ended up removing them in the new version and moving one to the admin page instead. Hope that works better for you now 🙂
