Yes I’m seeing this too. Is it the new global setting, which doesn’t appear to take effect?

Thanks ShaunG. Nothing is found, it’s in the database I presume. It’s related to a plugin, if I delete the plugin the problem goes away, if I install the same plugin it comes back.
