Solution was to click and drag one side of the menu box to widen the area for the menu

The problem was originally reported to woocommerce.com but at that stage I had not identified the link between Gutenberg and WooCommerce Bookings Availability and they sent me to this forum. So its around and around the mulberry bush one more time and back to woocommerce.com.Thanks anyway.

https://snipboard.io/2CEMIV.jpg shows what happens with the Gutengerg Version 13.6.0 plugin activated. Only the blue left border of the top toolbar box is visible just to the left of the vertical scroll bar.
With WooCommerce, WooCommerce Product Add-ons, WooCommerce One Page Checkout, WooCommerce Eway Payment Gateway and WooCommerce Bookings activated but WooCommerce Bookings Availability not activated the 3 dot menu drop down is fine.
After activating the WooCommerce Bookings Availability Version 1.1.20 (and associated Woocommerce plugins above) and Gutenberg plugins the 3 dot dropdown disappears. A weird combination
