In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Avada event element not sorting correctly, etcThe latest Events Calendar release has solved the Avada Ascending/Descending problem. However, the selection of events by multiple categories is still not working. Only one category is shown. This particular problem is not as severe for me. I worked around it by setting up a new category that include all the events that I want to display on a particular page. Then I just put this single category into the Avada Event element.

Descending sort of events is still not working in Avada Event element. It always displays events in Ascending sequence.
There is not a problem with the new year. Instead, I found that if you filter events by selected categories, and you put in more than 1 category, it will only select the first category of events. Again, this is in the Avada Event element.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Link in event not active when hovering in month viewThank you for the information. Our website is a “no custom code” site so we don’t have to worry about things breaking with upgrades, so we won’t doing what you suggest.
I tried your calendar last year when I was developing this website. I really liked the calendar and it integrated very nicely with the Avada them. The only thing that prevented us from adopting the calendar was this one issue of the popup not showing an active link.
I would urge you to put this enhancement into your product. It really doesn’t make a lot of sense to show the link text without an active link. And as I’m sure you know, to ask users to do one additional click to bring up the event with an active link generates a lot of complaints.
I would gladly convert to your calendar if this one issue were addressed in a future enhancements release.

I have put a link in the text block. In the calendar month view, when you hover over the event title, the text block shows in the tooltip, but the link is not active.
Hover over the event title for April 30 in the month view of the calendar on my website:

You will see the text block in the tooltip without the link active. The link is also not active when the event is displayed in list view.
