If you delete the http://photographybydouglas.com/wordpress/go.php? part of the link the browser will find the file.
I took a look at your link and the same thing applies if you delete the http://www.shoalnreef.com/go.php? part of the link the page will load.
How do you get rid of the http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/go.php?
