Can’t see what I have done wrong.

I deleted the admin-folder and replaced it with the new one.
I deleted the includes-folder and replaced it with the new one.
I deleted everything in the contents-folder except my theme and language and put in the new stuff.
I deleted the unnecessary admin-files in the root-directory.
I deleted and replaced the index through xmlrpc files, keeping my old wp-config.
Then I even made a new wp-config.

And it still doesn’t work.
