Hello, today I found that my shortcodes aren’t working. I lost columns, boxes, frames and icons.
I have not yet upgraded to WordPress 4 but I have upgraded to Shortcodes Ultimate 4.9.2.
The solution for me was that Shortcodes Ultimate did not automatically activate when it was upgraded and once I activated it all my shortcodes are working again.

Me too! I’ve been trying to get mine to zero the cost of shipping for specified postcodes but I’m just going round and round in circles!
