Replace all Avada search bars with the FiboSearch.
Plugin use this sorting by default in those two places.

Well, it would work but I rather turn off this infinity scroll plugin than turn off ajax mode 😉
Couple of other plugins works well only with woof filters on ajax mode, also performance without ajax is worse.
If there is no other option than turn off ajax mode that’s ok.Btw. My first idea was to do htaccess redirection to delete ending &paged=1

I got exactly the same issue.
I used YITH Infinite Scrolling as it’s mentioned in documentation is compatible with woof product filter.

When i remove ending manually it works well:
