The above issue was corrected and was occurring due to no amount being selected (as the Fixed Price field wasn’t defined).
With Variable Amount selected all works good.
It looks like even if I have updated the Forminator plugin to the latest version (currently 1.14.6) I still run into the same issue (i.e. “This value must be greater than or equal to 1.” error message is displayed when checking out).
