Hi Tobias,
Eureka! 🎉
I found the “Smooth Scrolling” setting in Divi, disabled it, cleared the Divi cache, and tested the website again.
It is working now — both in Chrome and Edge!
Thank you so much for finding the cause. I would never have thought that this setting in Divi could interfere with the browser scrolling.
Best wishes,
Hi Tobias,
This surprises me as well. I have just tested it again, and it is still not working — neither in Edge nor in Chrome, even though the plugin is deactivated.
Could you please let me know when I can activate the Burst Statistics plugin again? It is important for me to have access to the statistics.
Thank you for your continued analysis and for keeping me updated.
Best regards,
ChaskaHi Tobias,
Thanks for taking another look.
I have now fully deactivated the Burst Statistics plugin and will leave it disabled, so you can analyse the website.
Best regards,

Hi Tobias,
I have now tested it by deactivating all plugins except TablePress. Unfortunately, the horizontal scrolling issue in Chrome and Edge on desktop still remains.
The TablePress custom CSS only contains styling rules for colours and does not affect scrolling.
It seems that the issue is not caused by another plugin.
Switching away from the Divi theme is unfortunately not an option for me, as the website is built entirely with Divi and is already live.
Best wishes,
Hello Tobias,
I have tested the table behaviour on different devices and browsers.
The horizontal scrolling works correctly on mobile devices with all tested browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Edge).
The problem only occurs on desktop computers: Chrome and Edge do not allow the horizontal scrolling of the table. The additional columns are therefore not accessible.
Safari and Firefox on desktop computers work correctly.
So the issue seems to be specific to Chromium-based desktop browsers.
Thank you very much for looking into this.
Best regards
Hallo Tobias
Ich habe das Burst Statistcs Plugin deaktiviert und nochmals probiert. Es ist unverändert. Edge und Chrome kann nicht scrollen.
