They key is that it needs to be able to be changed from the admin panel of WordPress, not through editing files.
@esmi 2 custom fields would work but you can’t put custom fields on the index page or I’m not sure how. Not sure what you mean about the short code though.

I went into PHPmyadmin and changed a couple of values which fixed this!
