The page cache will add:
– the “advanced-cache.php” file to /wp-content/
– a define( ‘WP_CACHE’, true ); to wp-config.php.
No, there is not “advanced-cache.php” file nor “define( ‘WP_CACHE, true); in wp-config.php file

Yes, I was until this happened… 🙁
This could happen when you deleted the plugin manually without disabling the page cache in the settings.
Where was the information / warning about this? Because of course it had to be, right?
