Hi Ahmed,

I have found out that this is an issue which only Huawei phone users experience. I guess this is due to internal caching on the device. Not sure whether this can be fixed or not.

No caching active on the site. Both WordPress and WooCommerce are running on the latest version.

I have updated today WooCommerce to the newest version to ensure to errors due to compatibility – but still issue remains. I have not the issue when I am not using the plugin (disabled).

Hi Tijme Smit,

thanks for response – we are facing problems via the following platforms and devices
IPad (latest system) und Samsung Pad (latest system), furthemore the error occures on desktop pc’s windows 7 and windows 10.

Problem: After entering postcode and pressing search, system returns no results
