Hello, Thank you for reaching out. I quite understand how frustrating this could be, but for a better outcome, you could kindly try a mix of plugins for this rather than using a single plugin to handle everything.
For payments/memberships, kindly look into WooCommerce + WooCommerce Subscriptions. That should help with the recurring billing, renewal reminders, and subscription lengths.
Then, for the property submissions, try something like WP User Frontend or a classifieds/property listing plugin so members can upload images and property details from the frontend.
