I am having the same issue with their support team. I am on a paid plan. Did you stay with NitroPack? I am waiting 3 days on average to get a reply, not a “proper response”. The score on mobile was very good, but on Desktop, I get an error, FCP error. I don’t know how to solve it, and since I can’t get a proper response from their support team, I am stuck. I have already paid. My main worry is that I was getting great results with WPRocket in the beginning. But then things just got worse. I thought because everything is hosted on external servers with NitroPack, it has great potential. I am wondering if I have got it wrong? In my opinion speed and CDN’s are too important, and a service that provides that needs to provide good customer service, otherwise, it’s a risky product. Please let me know if you are still with Nitropack as I am struggling to decide. Thanks.
