I have had an issue trying to recover my password. when I request to reset my password, I receive an email with a keycode link…I press that link and it states I will receive another email with my “new” password. I never get the second email. I try the process again and then I do not get the 1st email with the keycode.
I waited 24 hrs to try again and exact same results.
what am I doing wrong?
