Yep, works fine now!
Seemed to have resolved itself.
I am having the exact same problem. Could this be a problem with my hosting provider (BlueHost)? I have tried resetting all of the authorization tokens on the Twitter side of things.
One additional thing I noticed that may point to an underlying problem is that on my wp-admin ozh_yourls plugin page it says:
” Set Application Type to Browser
Set Callback URL to
Set Default Access type to Read & Write
“The “Set Callback URL to” has nothing after it, as if ozh_yourls does not have access to my site info. Also, the “Sign in with Twitter” button links to “http://twitter.com/oauth/authorize?oauth_token=” with no token added to that URL (hence my and mspecian’s dead links)
For those of us using GoDaddy with the Windows XP OS and consequently running into this issue, how do we switch to Linux? I’m assuming it’s the best way to fix the problem?
