GoDaddy (whom the bombshelterzine.com is hosted/registered through) says they checked, it (the webcomic pages themselves) were always on WordPress.

Where the last page posted was linked to: http://www.bombshelterzine.com/wordpress/?p=84
but of course there is NO support contact for WordPress.ORG
