I personally am using a resource-dedicated vps/cloud-type offering that seems to have plenty of overhead..
For the development version — generally I try to stay away from these types of deployments on live sites, should this be any different? I’ll check it out on some hobby sites.

So, I went back to this problem after a week or so and to my shock, there are now files that are available for upload — I did nothing, perhaps.. well, I have no idea.

I’m having the same issue — using cloudfront and no files are available when I select ‘upload your minify files’. I have around five js files and two css files selected in the minify section. The preview html is looking for the files at the cdn.
All other files have uploaded to s3 correctly and are available through cloudfront. Another post mentioned some permissions issues with the w3tc/min folder, but it’s 755 like all the rest, there is nothing in the unsuccessful transfer que (haven’t been able to select the files in the first place…), and I really don’t know where to go from here. Any thoughts?

I upgraded a site that was in the middle of deveopment and all of the previous hirearchy carried over, but since apparently in the mind of this release, nothing had been published before, it didn’t present me with any of the existing pages. There was no option for ‘Main Page (no parent)’ either, so this may need to be looked at.
