That was super helpful!
Apparently my managed hosting service at GoDaddy installed the Apache mod_evasive module last month without telling me.
I don’t think they told their support team either because i had three team members responding in the ongoing support thread saying it’s not their server but my site configuration (despite having more than one WordPress site on their server that were all running fine a couple months ago!)
Upon sharing your support page with them they admitted the issue is likely a result of the default settings for the Apache mod_evasive module being too strict. They adjusted them and now everything is working.
Thank you.
The issue only happens in test mode. Live is fine.

I figured out that the W3 Total Cache plugin messes with the styling. I deactivated it and the problem was fixed. Ill have to look around the settings.
Also Im using Woocommerce version 2.6.14 and WordPress version 4.9.9

In reply to: [Ivory Search - WordPress Search Plugin] Search not appearing in menuWould you know of anyhthing that could conflict with the plugin? I’ve tried deactivating all of the plugins but that didnt seem to help. Ill have to do some digging in my theme to see what might conflict.
