In reply to: slider effect issueNope. No errors in the console. Only plugin I have is nextgen gallery which is required by the nivo slider plugin. It’s just odd that it stopped working while I was trying to figure out the whole image size debacle the two of you were helping with.

In reply to: slider effect issueI have. If I change it to fade, that works but I want it to slide in left. That’s the problem, that the effect=”slideInLeft” stopped working the way it should.

In reply to: resizing issueAll right. I got it. Had to adjust the image by adding a white border, then styled the featured image
margin: 0 auto; max-height: 478px; max-width: 920px; padding: 0; position: relative; top: 0;…and slider container
left: 1px; margin: 25px auto; max-height: 478px; max-width: 920px; position: relative;this allowed me to lose all the padding that was overtaking the image at a mobile screen size.

If you can, take a look now. the background is there and both slider and bg are resizing but the slider is being pushed below the background image. is that the right way to do this? then use a negative margin to position the slider?
