@alex4e you can safely update it on other sites that do not use translation, because according to my experience file structure does not change for sites that do not use Polylang. It seems that WPFC’s file sturcture is affected only because of Polylang, but this structure has not been changed back to /cache/all in the update that was provided here.

Yes, @alex4e , that is exactly the same issue I have. And you use Polylang, correct? Because the structure changed only for the sites using Polylang for me … and that started with version 0.9.0.3, so I wonder why structure cannot remain like in ver 0.9.0.2? It is obviously a bug, so why can’t you @emrevona release a new version immediately? It is obviously affecting many sites, so the fix should be available for everyone.
In addition to that I am also wondering why auto-detection for the browser language does not work when using WP Fastest Cache and Polylang and how could this problem be solved, Emre? Somebody else wrote about it here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/60488520/how-to-make-wp-polylang-plugin-work-with-wp-fastest-cache
Please respond ASAP.
Thanks!Yes, @emrevona , it seems that the problem appeared after updating to v. 0.9.0.4 (and I haven’t tried ver 0.9.0.3). Is 0.9.0.2 problematic? Should I update to 0.9.0.3 and try?
Please keep me updated.
Thanks!Hi Emre @emrevona ,
Have you found any solution to the problem related to Polylang? Currently 0.9.0.2 works OK, but Wordfence warns me that 0.9.0.4 update includes security-related fixes.
Thanks, Danijel
I used WP Rollback and rolled back to version 0.9.0.2 which then points to /cache/all folder on my sites that use Polylang. Please let me know when this problem is solved and only then can I update to latest version.
Thanks!
Yes, it seems that cache is now saved into /wp-content/cache/namestnik.si/all folder, however I wonder if your plugin checks that folder for cached files (since before deleting files and folders in /cache/all folder, it was showing outdated site copy!).
The answer to your second question is: YES. I use Polylang on those sites that are affected with this problem … but I have used it on those sites even before this issue! So, I wonder if I should roll back to earlier version of WP Fastest Cache?
Also, I just made a test on a site that I am developing … I installed Polylang with WP Fastest Cache already installed … it was OK until I activated Polylang … then immediately /domain.com was added between /cache and /all … after I deactivated Polylang, it went immediatley back to normal /cache/all.
So, what can be done about this? It worked just fine until late February (I suppose until version 0.9.0.2?).
Please reply ASAP!
Thanks! In case of namestnik.si I deleted files in /cache/all folder, but after re-enabling WP Fastest Cache I do not see that it saves any cache files to any of the folders?!?
I checked a couple other sites … on namestnik.si site I had similar problem but with Soliloquay slider … and when I checked Delete Cache option I see same problematic issue: Target folder /home/namestni/public_html/wp-content/cache/namestnik.si/all
I checked another site where I have not yet updated to latest version of WP Fastest Cache and Delete Cache shows different folder:
Target folder /home/fessi/public_html/wp-content/cache/allSo, it seems that latest version is buggy?!
Please check it yourself and report back ASAP.Thanks!
Yes, deleting /cache/all folder worked on this site … but I see that now cache files/folders are now saved in /cache/petka.si/all folder (and I can clear it as well from WP admin). So, is that a glitch in your plugin? Is that wheer cache files should be saved?
I am going to check a couple other sites now …
OK, I see your answer regarding deleting all in /cache/all folder … will do that now and report back.
I enabled WP Fastest Cache again to look for option to clear /wp-content/cache/all/ folder and I found the “Delete Cache” tab in WP Fastest Cache Options … but the strange thing is that it points to Target folder /home/petka/public_html/wp-content/cache/petka.si/all … I checked /cache/petka.si/all folder and it is empty, while /cache/all folder is full of folders as I already mentioned. It also seems that latest change to /cache/all folder has been done on Feb 14, 2020 … I wonder if that’s when I updated WP Fastest Cache to latest 0.9.0.4 version?
Emre, how would I clear that folder? Through cPanel’s File Manager?
I checked and there are many many subfolder in that folder … should I delete all the subfolders and files in that folder? No, that’s the problem, because it does not clear cache no matter what I do. 🙁
Even if I disable and then enable, cached page does not show newest posts and/or slider images …Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Participants Database] Multi-level Database Management?Hi @xnau!
Thanks for a quick reply, but I am not really looking for “multiple databases” but one common database of participants/members that would have different access for admin and managers/supervisors based on a certain Custom Field (eg. store location code).
Well, it seems I might have to look further to find a solution for that.
Regards, DanijelThank you @renehermi and Happy New Year to you, too! 🙂
Thanks for the info and I did find one of your answers re: Updating the staging site via “Update” button, which is great!
As for the UpdraftBackup, that’s good news, because staging site really does not need to be backed up as it doubles the size of the backup file, like you wrote.
So, thanks again, I will give it a try and see how it works.
