Is there a default WP template I can apply and inspect the elements?

I am using Zuki theme but regardless of the theme applied a ‘Home’ page exists when visiting the site while I have no pages, menus or categories.

In the WP customizer the menu or page ‘Home’ does not exist. I can create a ‘Home’ page\menu then on the site I have duplicates of ‘Home’
This was an old site where I deleted all the content and applied a new theme for different use. Now no matter the theme I use the ‘Home’ menu\page exists and I am unable to delete.
I have been off WP for awhile and we used to be able to edit .php but I cant find the settings any longer.
