All I can say is wow. I am not a webmaster – I am a start up CEO trying to get my website up without a budget. I know you have 5 million users, but sending me a link that basically says shut off all other plug ins and see whether it is a template issue is kinda BS.
I installed the recommended WP featured 2017 template. Perhaps the Template isn’t perfect for the new WP version, but presumably it was developed by their pros and it was recently updated.
I will look for another form program. I just need something basic right now and saw that yours was used by more than anyone – so figured it was reliable and safe. I don’t have the time or the skill to go back and do a formal QA process. Jeez Louise….
