I had the same problem. When I temporarily disabled LiteSpeed Cache plugin, the problem has gone. I reactivated the plugin and added an exception:
LiteSpeed Cache -> Cache -> Excludes
In “Do Not Cache URIs” I put this:
/quizzes/
It solved the problem.
