In reply to: WordPress main page doesn’t look right<thumbs up> I’ll give that a shot. Sorry if my frustration started bleeding through, but I hate not being able to figure something like this out (especially something with such an easy solution!)
Thanks!

In reply to: WordPress main page doesn’t look rightIfelse – I have tried this, and have completely reinstalled WordPress 4 times. I’ve also used a few other themes with the same problem, none of the background images load. Thanks for the tip, but its nothing that simple.

In reply to: WordPress main page doesn’t look rightAnyone have any idea why this is happening? I tried Podz suggestion, but that didn’t make a difference. I’ve viewed the site (www.tradeandtrack.com) on different browsers, hoping that perhaps it was a browser issue. Any help would be appreciated!

In reply to: Problem with missing wp-config.php fileYes, thank you for the response about WordPress needing 4.1 or greater, and I did figure that out. I was told that the servers would handle WordPress by the sales rep, but the guy I spoke to probably didn’t know what he was talking about.

In reply to: Problem with missing wp-config.php fileI haven’t set up a blog with Hostsave before, but I did find out that they are running PHP 4.0.6, which is inadequate for WordPress (I think it needs to be at least version 4.1). They are in the process of upgrading the servers to 4.3.x I think, so that should resolve this problem.
Thanks for the tip on the // though. If I continue to have problems, I’ll contact them.
