The host said to do the following:
You need to fully delete all WordPress themes/plugins and reinstall the
ones you need from fresh/clean downloads via a trusted source. for
example, these files:
Pardon my tech illiteracy, but I don’t know how to delete the WordPress themes/plugins if I can’t access the site.
Does it sound reasonable what the host suggested? Or should I try your approach?
Your help would be greatly appreciated. A detailed response is best!!!!
bluestokking-were you successful with the audio plugins? i work for a dj (theoriginaldjtonik.com) and I need to upload mp3s and mixtapes. while i can install the plugins, i can’t get them to work! any ideas?! also, the dream host audio file size is 7mb which seems to be extremely small. what size files do you upload? thanks!
