I would like to add that plugin assets js/css are loaded only on plugin pages but we’ll revise those rules.
And there’s $.fn.button.noConflict fix in Bootstrap js

it wasn’t necessary so we have excluded Bootstrap tooltips and popovers css/js and it will be in next plugin release.
Could be something else as it’s working on our side.
Check your permalink settings and try deactivating some other plugins one by one.
