Thanks for all the info. I’m not really that techy but after reading your message above, I presume the error log has to be read via FTP access, is that right?

Thanks for code suggestion, but before i try editing any code, i noticed you have just provided an update for the plugin, which i’ve done. Do you know if the update has fixed the same issue?

Hi Xnau,

I can confirm the following plugin: MailChimp Widget 0.8.12 is conflicting with the Participants Database plugin.

Unfortunately my whole page just turns white, i’m unable to access the error log.

Hopefully you will be able to recreate the error too, now you know where to start.

Back up now, had to ask hosting company to deactivate all plugins!
