Hi Antonio,
unfortunately I’m just the technical admin of said website and the owner does not want me to disclose the domain or to put up a staging environment. I’ve encountered the described behaviour with other cookie-plugins as well, so it seems not to be a problem directly related to complianz. I will keep trying to find a solution for this problem.
Thanks for your efforts.
Best regards.

Hi Antonio,
thanks for your reply. Currently I’ve deactivated Complianz on said website cause it’s not convenient if content gets blocked without the viewer recognizing it (there is only white space instead of google maps, etc.).
I’ve checked for all the common troubleshooting tips I could find on your site and elsewhere on the net. The REST-API is working fine – according to WordPress itself. The problem is that the container div does not get generated on the frontend after successfully completing the wizard – so my guess was a file permissions issue but that seems not to be the case.
Best Regards,
