In reply to: [Sticky Header Effects for Elementor] Bug on the settings layout on RTL sitesHello @mstudioil
Thank you for your continued patience. Our development team has tested the setup with several RTL languages, and everything appears to be working as expected on our end. Please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/9DhKUsuuCBHj
To help us identify the issue on your site, we kindly request the following steps:
- Check for Plugin Conflicts:
- Temporarily disable all plugins except Elementor and Sticky Header Effects (SHe).
- Check if the issue persists.
- If the issue is resolved, re-enable the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
- Browser Console Log:
- With your site set to RTL language, open the SHE dashboard.
- Use the browser’s Inspect tool, go to the Console tab, and check for any errors.
- Share those errors using Pastebin.
These steps will help us narrow down the issue more efficiently.
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We completely understand your confusion, and you’re absolutely right. We acknowledge that the documentation and feature labels could have been clearer, especially in distinguishing free vs. pro functionalities. We’ve already communicated this to our content and product teams, and the necessary updates to both the documentation and the block listing page are in progress.
We sincerely appreciate your input, and we’ll make sure to reflect these changes soon to avoid such confusion for others. Your feedback genuinely helps us improve both the user experience and communication around our products.
Since the clarification has been discussed and action is underway, we’ll go ahead and mark this ticket as resolved for now. If you have any further questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out anytime.
