Thanks, I can see that the item was logged in the place you noted.
The log notes the status as new, with no other log entries to note the progress as you have documented here: https://developer.bitpay.com/docs/invoice-states
Also I just received another order with payment by bitpay that was logged, but the transaction was cancelled before it was completed. This transaction also just showed status “new” with no other updates.
wordfence appears to be blocking bitpay. The live traffic page notes: “blocked for UA/Hostname/Referrer/IP Range not allowed”
It lists an IP, amazonaws.com hostname, and web URL ending in “wp-json/bitpay/ipn/status”
I realize wordfence is a different product but perhaps you could advise specifically how to unblock bitpay. I see an “Add Allowlisted URL/Param” option with an ability to add a URL string (such as the one I entered above?), param type (such as query string, post body, etc.) and Param Name text box. I separately see an option to “Allowlisted IP addresses that bypass all rules”
I have found no available bitpay documentation this; it may be recommended to add it for others.
Unfortunately this problem persists. On the individual order page for an order several days ago, there are no order notes at all. The top left of the order page does indicate payment was made by bitpay, but the status remains as pending payment a day or two after after payment was received and applied. The payment was successfully deposited to my account.
I enabled developer logging before this transaction but cannot find any logs. The following instructions on your site did not help:
“Enable logging in your BitPay plugin: Plugins > Settings > Debug Log > Enable logging
Download the logs from Plugins > Logs”There is no such file.
The plugin is up to date.
Please keep open, as I have not confirmed that the issue is resolved.
Thanks for the update; I have updated and will let you know the results of the next transaction.
Hello, I can confirm that this is still an issue; I am running the latest bitpay plugin. It looks like the issue was resolved per your github link, but maybe the plugin itself on wordpress was not updated with these changes?

In reply to: [OceanWP] bug with Blog Archives introduced in 4.1.0 updateThat appears to have fixed the issue! This has never happened before with previous OceanWP updates.
Thank you!
Thanks, I have just sent the reply by email.
I am using the latest versions of everything:
“bitpay_plugin_version”: “6.1.1”,
“name”: “WooCommerce”, “version”: “9.7.1”
wordpress “version”: “6.7.2”
php “version”: “8.2.27”,
That worked! Thank you for your help. I recommend adding a note in the documentation to disable theme carts and other cart plugins (unless it was already in there and I did not see it).
Thank you; kindly see below.
Adding a simple (non variable) product to the cart from the product pages produces the correct behavior clicking the X (shading disappears right after), but adding a simple product to the cart from my store page linked to here produces the shading issue.
Example product: key puller

In reply to: [Ocean Extra] ocean extra disables youtube embedding with Block EditorThanks; that fixed the Ocean Extra issue immediately! The embedded YouTube videos are now visible while using the Ocean Extra plugin.

In reply to: [Ocean Extra] ocean extra disables youtube embedding with Block EditorSure, here is the link: bit.ly/3wqbDUS
You can see in the “trailer video” section of this blog post created with WordPress blocks, there are no videos in that post, now that I have just re-activated Ocean Extra. Interestingly in earlier posts I made before Blocks, the embedded youtube videos show up fine (about mid-2020 and earlier).
Below is the screenshot showing the video is visible in the block editor.
Yes I have just disabled all plugins except Woocommerce (latest version) and still have the same error.
I believe installing WooCommerce on a new WordPress site and creating a variable product should replicate the issue.
Sure, the first post now has the web site link.
Any ideas?
