I reset all settings but while the plugin is activated, the web continues to slow down

I click the “Advanced Options” link, but don´t appear to indicate any field “Standard User Fields”.
Advanced Options: Role (All Roles), User Roles (Check ok), Registered, Limit Range, Updated Since, and Format (Excel).
In User Meta Fields, Neither. I tried to select all fields, but not the mail appears
