Definitely not normal. Maybe you reset all settings an look if this was helped.

could you please explain with some more detail ?
like what was the loading before , and what is after ?
how did you measure it ?
and also please provide the report number, you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

Check that the object cache is set correctly /wp-admin/admin.php?page=litespeed-cache#object
Try turning it off and debug with https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/admin/#how-to-debug
