The email notification you have captured on the screenshot does not look like the email sent by our Hotel Booking plugin. We do not have a Confirmation Number parameter by default. Could you check it or clarify what is Confirmation Number in the email notification? Thanks

Yes, sure you may show any post type including Posts using Custom Post Type block by Getwid. It is rather flexible and there is also available the pagination that you requested.
Feel free to try the Custom Post Type block and do not hesitate to put your questions here.

Thanks for the example provided. Please try to add the style below to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS (or to style.css file of the child theme):
