As for the front page so make sure the Emmet Theme Engine plugin is up-to-date. You may also try disabling third-party plugins to make sure there is no conflict with third-party plugins.
If it is not helpful I’d ask you to submit a request to our support team to investigate it further.
As for the blog page so this is a known issue and our developers will do our best to fix it as soon as it is possible.
Meanwhile, you may try to switch the layout of the blog from Masonry to some different layout where is no Infinite Scroll.Forum: Plugins

There might be a conflict with a third-party plugin that is installed on your site. Could you try disabling third-party plugins one by one and try adding the custom post type block to find out what exactly the plugin causes an issue. Thanks for your question. There are no filter or action hooks to override the Post Carousel block however you may override it by copying the following file\wp-content\plugins\getwid\includes\templates\post-carousel\post.phpand paste it to your theme folder with the following directory structure
