i think the best option is to find a better hosting solution or even ask for more space.
i don’t think it is a WP issue.

do you have a web interface for your server? like cpanel ? if you do you can see the disk space and where the space is used.

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to
/wp-content/themes/and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).if you manage to login, you can check if your WP + theme needs updating and if there are any bugs/problems to fix.

for start you can check the wp-content/uploads directory.
