The 1.8.6.1 maintenance release of Charitable (now out) should have this resolved. If you have any further issues or questions, please reach out!
No problem! Thanks for using Charitable!
@gnissley Hey! Thanks for reaching out!
We are aware of the issue, and we have a maintenance version of Charitable out this week to resolve it. In the meantime you SHOULD be able to add these in your wp-config.php file (above the “STOP EDITING HERE” note):
define('ELEMENTOR_EXAMPLE_PLUGIN_URL', '' );
define('ELEMENTOR_EXAMPLE_PLUGIN_VERSION', '' );This should resolve the issue. Otherwise I’ll be more than happy to update you when the release goes out so you can try it to confirm. Let me know if you have any further questions!
@donna4u2 Thanks for reaching out.
What shortcode are you looking for? Charitable has a few. For example:
Adding a donation form: https://www.wpcharitable.com/documentation/add-your-donation-form-to-a-page/
List of campaigns: https://www.wpcharitable.com/documentation/the-campaigns-shortcode/You can also simply embed a campaign by using
[campaign id="123"].There are the most common but let me know this helps or if you are looking for anything else specific. 🙂
Thank you @shlomz this means a lot!!!!! Thanks for being a Charitable user!
@shravyarao Thanks for reaching out.
Charitable doesn’t support Razorpay currently. Some who have asked about Razorpay have informed us that they have tried instamojo as an alt with this gateway w/ Charitable: https://wordpress.org/plugins/integrate-charitable-instamojo/
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions!
@rhud You brought a smile to my morning – even before I had some coffee, and that’s saying something. Thank you for the kind words and thanks for being a Charitable customer! 👍🏻
@marinawordpress no problem… glad I could help. 🙂
@marinawordpress Thanks for reaching out. That column is likely generated by your theme – it’s likely the template you are using that contains a sidebar (and that sidebar currently has a search widget, etc.). The theme likely offers a full width template, but you need to confirm this by editing the default template in the theme to remove that column OR create a custom template for your campaign. https://www.wpcharitable.com/documentation/custom-campaign-template/ Hope this helps!
@mrn007 we sent a reply to the ticket you apparently posted in our support forms so I’m going to close this out to prevent confusion with duplicate conversations. 🙂 Thanks!
Going to close this now but if there’s any other issues please let us know.
Hello @nootnoot… apologies on the delay – catching up after a holiday weekend!
There was an issue earlier today with Stripe Connect – but that issue has been resolved. If you continue to have issues, please let us know. Thank you!
We are going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
@af6fb Thanks for reaching out!
If you are referring to these areas: https://a.supportally.com/i/p88dph then these should be removable in the campaign builder in Charitable for the particular template you choose or built. You would need to (1) in the WordPress admin, click on “campaigns” and then click on the title of the existing campaign (2) you should see visually the areas on the right part of the builder (if not go to “design” on the left menu and you should see the campaign layout). (3) hover over these areas and you should see a trash can icon, which when clicked should remove the block. You’ll need to remove two blocks or fields from the looks of it. (4) Save your campaign.
Removing these from the builder and saving (clearing any site cache afterwards) should remove these. If you have any problems, you can share a screenshot of the campaign builder area I was referring to.
Hope this helps!
