Sorry for late reply.
Yes, it seems like WordPress re-saves the post with both languages.
So if someone leaves comment on English version of post and i approve it. The English post is re-saved as both languages and Russian version will have not translation attached to it. So the Russian version of the site will start showing Russian and English version of the post.
Yes it seems like both versions of the post is being re-saved.
