Hello, I have experimented using multiple research methods. When I refreshed the permalink settings, the problem went away. Can you try Settings > Refresh permalinks?
The nitropack plugin you use on the site can also affect this.

Hello, the problem persists after the page is refreshed. There is no save button either. I am using version 7.0.2.
