In reply to: [Polylang] ENGLISH CONTENTfor the products, I cannot select all and make a one-time translation or let’s say select the desired product in English and if I want to translate it to Arabic, take the product title, category, description and images, and all these data and keep them as they are? I must repeat all this info for the new version of this product in Arabic? can’t I just duplicate it lets say and make the attributes only in Arabic as well as the product description? because almost all of my products are variable and not simple and each of these products have at least 50 variables, I cannot repeat all this for the Arabic version. it does not make any sense here!! I think I’m doing something wrong.

Hello, Brad thank you for your kind reply. under totalupkeep–>settings–>backup, i have this warning: It looks like you don’t have any backups! That’s ok, let’s fix that now. Here’s what we recommend you do:
Create a backup of your site right now by clicking the Backup Site Now button at the top of the page.
After the backup is created, go to your settings page and setup backups so they’re create automatically on a set schedule.but under my CPANEL, public_html/wp-content/boldgrid_backup_dKHe6s2aiK2f/boldgrid-backup-naurasonline.com-8faf611b-20200907-150220.zip with a size 3.72GB i have this file, shall i download it and upload it to CPANEL and like this my website will be restored? are you sure this is a backup for my website nothing else? so i can go back in time with this file?

shall we user other plugins like translate press to have this translation to arabic enabled? my website is still not translating products, menus, variables attributes, everything…. why? because WooCommerce Multilingual is enabled but not effective. It requires WPML, WPML Translation Management and WPML String Translation in order to work. and im trying to downgrade in order for them to work buts its not working,. can someone please help or support me in this?

and if my account with WPML is lost, what shall I do? I cannot register for free I think no? and sometimes its saying update undefined with a red warning. I don’t know what happened. actually, from one week I made the hosting migration to hostgator servers and this happens. Hello strategio (@strategio), so what you are saying my WPML will work again and translate again English and Arabic if I update the woocommerce multilingual? if you check my website you will see even the flags are not showing!!! in my dashboard, its said: WooCommerce Multilingual
