I emailed you regarding your previous message (above) over a week ago and still haven’t heard anything back from you or your engineers. I still cannot upload photos to the website and need some help to resolve right away. My client is near ready to launch the website live. Please get in touch and advise. Thank you!

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] import hanging at 4%Ok, that seems to have worked but now I’m getting an error when trying to upload images. See screenshots. The first one ( http://prntscr.com/8u5lnn )shows the image trying to upload and second one ( http://prntscr.com/8u5mco ) shows the error message on the right hand side. Any idea how your plugin may have affected that? It wasn’t a problem before.

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] import hanging at 4%I have tried this but when I select “Restore” from the Backups page http://prntscr.com/8u2gzc it just bounces me to the Import page http://prntscr.com/8u2hjw where I have to choose one of those options.
Any other suggestions?
