I am having the same issue as well. The menu entry anchors to http://whalingscrimshaw.org/blog/collections/objects/search but that doesn’t exist in my directory.
There are no CA files under /blog. I have CA installed under whalingscrimshaw.org/collective-access-providence-1.4

Where did I go wrong here?
