If you have some backups, try restoring one of them.
Most likely after that some plug-in creates a conflict, try to upgrade all of the plugins.
The issue may be caused by caching, so you won’t see the actual result until the cache is not updated.
Try checking widget’s settings and removing the unnecessary blocks.

1. Go to your database through phpmyadmin
2. Open wp_users
3. Find the user and press ‘edit’
4. Edit user_pass, using MD5 function type is obligatory
5. Sign in using your new password
