I confirm… I’ve removed http and domain and now WORKS!
So if anyone will have the same problem and can’t contact the hosting, the solution is to upload icon on media library, copy the url, paste it and remove http and domain, eg. /wp-content/uploads/2014/09/xxxxxxxxx.png

yes, I’m able to save setting and plugin work well, already tested with contact form inside. Only icon image function seems to have problems

Yes image is actually uploaded in media…And The plugin is installed in a fully functional website with a lot of image uploaded.
The problem also occurs when I enter an image URL.
