I found the solution. If anyone experiences the same problem, the reason is that you need to create the Privacy Policy page using the build in tool in WordPress (Go to: settings>privacy>choose a page or create new ).

I’m in the middle of testing every plugin and have tried a different theme. So far the table continues to be irresponsive. Will you be able to give me more details about what JS code is not being evaluated please? that could help to point me in the right direction.
