In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Why would PayPal suspend an account?Thanks for the reply. I agree that the link seems tenuous (and when I read that it had happened to others I thought that it couldn’t possibly be the plugin that caused the suspension). However, it happened after the new plugin was connected to her account. The account was verified and she’d been accepting payments on her site for nearly 2 years with the old plugin. Nothing else had changed. I don’t really understand what else it could have been….The plugin seemed to flag something in PayPal that make them think there was suspicious activity on the account.

In reply to: [Swift Performance Lite] Terrible customer service and mediocre product@theaustrian I recommend claiming this back via PayPal. Swift have willfully ignored their legal obligations. In the UK (you need to check your country) it is a legal requirement to give notice before taking a direct debit. It is also a PayPal requirement.
It is shocking that Swift are trying to get away with this. The more people who make a complaint to PayPal the more likely it is that they will get their account frozen and PayPal will find in our favour.Thank you 🙂

I understand that I’m using the free version and so there will be limitations but I have to say that I’m pretty shocked that it was a free version of Wordfence that alerted me to modifications in Shield files, and not Shield.
