    I’m very unhappy. I received an email stating the premium version of this plugin that I bought was due to expire on 25th April (yesterday). Both my account and the payment that I made to you show that it doesn’t expire until 25th October. I replied to the email AND put in a support ticket and the only response I received was “I have assigned your ticket to the developer and he is going to take a closer look at it.” I have heard nothing back and I can no longer reply to the support ticket because according to you the licence has expired, even though there is still 6 months remaining.

    Also note that licenses were only for 6 months if bought before februry 2018. They became 1 year licenses after that.

    Thanks for the reply – it was all sorted.
    I had no choice but to post here as because I was being told it had expired I was unable to post a ticket so was in a Catch 22 situation. All sorted now though so thanks.
