Hello all, I think this has been resolved. It looks like it was WORDFENCE plugin that started blocking folks who attempted to log in too many times, but not clearly showing that was the issue. Once I unblocked the user, the log in worked just fine again.
Was just weird that it looked like nothing was happening and returned to the my-account login page instead of the Wordfence “you’ve been blocked” page.
